Jennifer Westaway

Jennifer Westaway has lived and worked in Los Angeles as a journalist in the United States for the last eleven years. Her work as a reporter and program host has taken her to every state in the 'Lower 48' and around the world.

Jennifer Westaway spent five years, from 1994 to 1999, as Washington Correspondent for CBC Radio News. Prior to that, she was based in Vienna, Austria as the CBC's reporter in Eastern Europe. Westaway traveled the region extensively for two years, covering its shaky emergence from behind the Iron Curtain and

the war in Bosnia.

Jennifer Westaway has worked for CBC radio as a national political reporter in its Parliamentary Bureau and as a legislative reporter in Toronto. She began her career at CBC in 1984 as a reporter in Calgary. She was born in Montreal and raised in Nova Scotia and Ontario.
