Midfielder Victoria Pickett of Barrie, Ont., scores for the North Carolina Courage in the 70th minute against Portland Thorns FC. Pickett was acquired on April 27 from NJ/NY Gotham FC in exchange for $200,000 US in allocation money. The Courage and Thorns would end up settling for a 3-3 draw.
