

This year’s Banking on Climate Chaos report shows RBC has overtaken JP Morgan Chase as the world’s largest investor in fossil fuels. The report is produced by a coalition of environmental groups, and several Canadian banks are also in the top 20. But environmentalists warn that these investments are contributing to climate disasters, and some investors are taking action.
