Six-year-old Claire Sonnenberg has cerebral palsy, which means it is difficult for her to move her limbs. Sonnenberg and her family have been piloting Think2Switch, a new technology created by the Brain-Control-Interface (BCI) for Kids program based at the University of Calgary and Alberta Children’s Hospital, where electrodes placed on her head allow her to turn switches on and off using only her brain.
