A new court has been set up in Calgary to address crimes involving indigenous people. After 18 months of planning, the Calgary Indigenous Court officially opened today. Judge Eugene Creighton was one of the people who helped design and implement the court. He is a member of the Blood Tribe and has worked in a number of roles in the justice system, including correctional officer, probation officer, and lawyer
