Lowe on review of property tax system

As part of its plan to help Saint John move past its financial difficulties, the province says it will review the property tax system. Gerry Lowe, the Liberal MLA for Saint John Harbour, wants the province to look at property assessments in New Brunswick and maybe include machinery and equipment used by industry.
