Mozambique villagers honour Saskatoon nurse who worked with them for decades
Nearly 40 years ago, Gerri and Murray Dickson took a trip to Mozambique, that changed their lives. They had gone to help the newly liberated country. Over the years, they returned many time to train health care workers. This year, Murray made the trip alone, to attend the first anniversary of Gerri's funeral in a small jungle village. He sat down with Saskatoon Morning's Jennifer Quesnel to talk about their work. and his late wife.
