Stitch and Uplift as part of our series Small Act, Big World

Morning North

There's a group in Sudbury who call themselves Stitch and Uplift. They get together every two weeks to make things for other people. Everything from knitting, to sewing to quilting. The group with the Calvin Presbyterian Church love spending time together. And what they make goes to people in the community who need it. The CBC's Jan Lakes paid a visit to the group for her series Small Act, Big World. It is all about people who are doing things to make the world a better place. She began by speaking with member Jackie Brazeau.
