Saskatoon seniors get a helping hand from Friendly Caller

Saskatoon Morning

Saskatoon Services for Seniors has one help older adults live independently in their own homes for as long as possible. If that means changing a light bulb or making grocery runs -- this not-for-profit group is there to lend a hand. It's been doing this since 1988. Recently, it started a pilot project called Friendly Caller. Cheryl Loadman is the executive director of Saskatoon Services for Seniors. She spoke with Saskatoon Morning's Jennifer Quesnel.
