Attawapiskat Chief says residents have no choice but to continue using contaminated water

For years now, the Attawapiskat First Nation has been trying to shine a light on huge problems with their substandard water quality and infrastructure. It all came to a head last month with the community declared a state of emergency. Attawapiskat Chief Ignace Gull gives an update on the situation weeks after Indigenous Services Minister Seamus O'Regan visited the community, and made some promises.
