Robot-assisted brain surgery helps 14-year-old London teen

A London teen with epilepsy is living seizure-free thanks to state-of-the-art surgery. A first for Ontario, the 14-year-old underwent robot-assisted stereoelectroencephalography surgery to remove part of his brain. Guest host Jonathan Pinto spoke to Dr. Andrea Andrade, paediatric neurologist and the director of the Paediatric Epilepsy Program at the Children's Hospital at London Health Sciences Centre.
