Somali mothers in Toronto have lost hundreds of children to gun violence. They've joined forces to keep a scorecard on policing in their troubled community. We talk to one of those mothers, Shamso Elmi, along with a member of the Police Services Board, Ken Jeffers, about why this could mark a turning point for the Somali community.
