Quebec distillers hoping to profit from on-site sales despite SAQ mark-up

Quebec's distilleries are sounding the alarm over how much money the SAQ takes... when they sell their alcohol -- on their own property. Last year, Quebec passed a law that allows distilleries to sell their products on site... And yet, most of the money from that sale actually goes to the SAQ. We speak to a distillery owner about what that means for their industry.
