Second generation surgeon starts residency at Sudbury's Health Sciences North

Morning North

We heard from a new medical resident at Sudbury's Health Sciences North who's following in her mom's footsteps. Dr. Kara Nadeau just started her residency at Sudbury's Health Sciences North. She's one of 25 new residents at the hospital fresh out of medical school. For Nadeau, it's a homecoming for a couple of reasons. She's returning back to Sudbury after four years in Ottawa. She'll be completing the residency under her mom, Doctor Michele Brule. CBC reporter Casey Stranges asked Dr. Nadeau about her return.
