State of emergency declared in Eabametoong over water concerns

A state of emergency has been declared over the state of water in Eabametoong. It's the second northern Ontario First Nation to make the declaration because of concerns over water quality, specifically the presence of Tri-Halo-Methanes, which can cause cancer.
