Saskatchewan artist honours grandfather with sculpture for Brain Project art installation in Toronto

Many of us know from personal experience how devastating it can be to watch a loved one battle Alzheimer's or dementia. Megan Wappel is hoping to shine a light on the legacy left behind by her grandfather who battled dementia. Megan Wappel is an artist from Saskatchewan chosen to take part in the Brain Project. The Brain Project is a large scale, outdoor art exhibit that has artists from around the world create brain sculptures in support of raising funds and awareness for Alzheimer's and Dementia. Her brain sculpture will be on display in Toronto.
