Saskatoon chef goes abroad to spark inspiration at one of the world's most famous restaurants

Nightly 12-course meals at Noma put the spotlight on using local ingredients, reinventing what chefs can do with them. Now one Saskatoon restaurateur is on her way to an internship there.
