On today's podcast, Amy Norman of HVGB is creating dialogue online this week about issues facing indigenous people. It's the anniversary of Labrador City's incorporation, we'll bring you some archive tape from the town's early days for Throw Back Thursday. It's also the anniversary of IDLP who are celebrating its 20th anniversary. It's been a busy month fishing for crab we'll take you to Mary's Harbour to meet some fishermen as they were getting ready to head out to sea. School's out for Summer! We're dropped by Peacock Primary School in Happy Valley-Goose Bay to hear about plans to give students a great send off for the summer break! It's National Multiculturalism Day, and so it's the perfect day to meet two young women from India who're are going to be sharing stories at the public library in Happy Valley-Goose Bay on Saturday.
