Calgary green line faces new hurdles at city committee meeting

The $4.9B Green Line has hit a rough patch and it appears construction on the mega-project will not be starting next year as planned. There are technical issues and the City is looking at breaking up the contracting of the work so it will attract more bidders. The CBC's municipal affairs reporter Scott Dippel is at city hall and was covering today's meeting of the transportation committee.
