Canadian vodka rules changing

Move over, potatoes and grains. The federal government announced today that it is changing the rules for Canadian vodka. Distilleries are now free to make the clear booze using ingredients such as as apples, honey and even milk. We spoke to Davin de Kergommeaux, a Canadian alcohol writer who is working on a book about Canada's distilleries.
