New rules give adoptees the option to learn birth parents' name

New rules coming into effect soon in Quebec will make it so that children who were put up for adoption have the right to know the name of their birth parents. Birth parents have to tell the government they want to remain anonymous. We speak to Lise Emond, a volunteer with Mouvement Retrouvaille, a non-profit that supports adoptees during their search for their birth parents.
