Single-use plastic ban: what lessons can Canada learn from Seattle?

As early as 2021, we may be living in a country with a lot less throw-away plastic. But the city of Seattle has had a ban on single-use plastic cutlery since July of 2018, including forks, knives, and straws. We speak to Pat Kaufman from Seattle Public Utilities about how it works there, and Steven Guilbeault, the co-chair of Canada's Advisory Council on Climate Action.
