Blue Bayfield reacts to federal government's plan to end single use plastics

The federal government announced a coming ban on single use plastics, and that companies that make or use plastic in their products will be responsible for the collection and recycling of that material. Well, the community of Bayfield here in Southwestern Ontario is way ahead of the curve. Host Chris dela Torre speaks with Ray Letheren, who has chaired the citizens advocacy group Blue Bayfield for 20 years.
