Congestion on the Orange line: interview with CAQ's Chantal Rouleau

The CAQ government has announced a 5 million dollar study to look at how to reduce crowding on the Metro's Orange line. Recently, Quebec's Transport Ministers and mayor Valerie Plante rode the Orange line to see the crowding first hand... but it didn't persuade Transport Minister Francois Bonnardel that the Pink line is needed. We speak to Chantal Rouleau, CAQ MNA for Pointe-aux-Trembles, the deputy Transport Minister, and the Minister Responsible for the Metropolis and the Montréal Region.
