Harassment and bullying can be issues faced in any workplace, including non profit organizations. The Calgary Chamber of Voluntary Organizations addressed the problem this afternoon with the help of former Calgary Police Chief Roger Chaffin. He officially retired last January but, of course, is no stranger to the issue. In 2017, more than a dozen female officers filed harassment and bullying complaints against the Calgary Police Service. The complaints were followed by an overhaul of the human resources department.
