Across the province, employers continue to look for workers. Almost every sector of the economy is dealing with a shortage of personnel. Some organizations have organized missions abroad in an effort to attract new employees. The Quebec government announced a new program yesterday, which it calls La Grande Corvée, to help businesses track down experienced workers. But in Saguenay, Julie Dufresne had already spotted the need. Two years ago, she created a business and website to link older and retired people wanting to re-enter the workforce...with companies searching for help.
