Our Waves of Change series washes over a couple of Cape Breton food establishments, as they do their part to reduce the use of plastic. Associate Producer Nicole MacLennan spoke to Laura Young, chef and owner of the "Little Rollin' Bistro" food truck, and Cory Blundon, chef and co-owner of "Selkie's Neighbourhood Diner", about tackling the issue of single use plastic with compostable options.
