For the past few years, Albertans have received millions of dollars of rebates for installing solar panels. The money came from the carbon tax through energy efficiency incentives. It was all part of the NDP's climate plan. But now that the UCP has formed government, with a plan to scrap the carbon tax, the people who want solar panels, and the people who install them, are wondering what will happen to the rebates.
