The city of Thunder Bay needs to come up with a plan to help prevent the spread of invasive species. City councillors heard from EcoSuperior's Melissa Davidson about how plants, including phragmities, garlic mustard, Himalayan Balsam and Japanese Knotweed are now found throughout the city.
