Saskatoon man awaits sentencing following a high speed chase through Saskatoon while high on meth

Saskatoon Morning

When the Saskatoon police tried to pull over Terrence Morin, he'd been up for 7 days on a crystal meth binge. It was a year ago today when police spotted the 37-year-old man driving a stolen SUV on the city's west side. Morin bolted and, for the next two hours, terrorized drivers by speeding into oncoming traffic. The city police airplane captured officers' efforts to get Morin off the road. Video of their pursuit, and its fiery conclusion north of the city, was played last month in provincial court. CBC's Dan Zakreski has followed the case and joined Saskatoon Morning's Jennifer Quesnel with a story of what happened.
