Gothic author connects with Quebec students
Award-winning Haisla/Heiltsuk author Eden Robinson's latest novel series has been described as an "Indigenous version of Harry Potter." Young students at Quebec's only First Nations college were some of the very first readers of the latest book in that series, Trickster Drift. Even though they are from different Indigenous communities and live thousands of kilometres apart, they made a deep connection. CBC's Julia Caron visited their classroom to find out how their collaboration came about.
