Touching a colleague at work may happen without even thinking about it. A handshake, a tap on the shoulder, for many this would not be an issue. But as more women tell their stories of being sexually harassed at work, some companies are exploring the idea of banning all physical contact. Workplace columnist Rubina Ahmed-Haq has more.
