Author D.M. Ditson discusses her new memoir Wide Open - about struggling with PTSD after a series of sexual assaults

A survivor of sexual assault wants to offer other survivors hope, and maybe even proof they too, can heal. D.M. Ditson is officially launching her award-winning memoir, Wide Open. It's a raw and emotional account of her emotional breakdown after a series of sexual assaults that left her with post-traumatic stress disorder. Wide Open is also about her road to recovery. Ditson is from Regina.. but currently lives in the Kootenays. She's in Saskatoon tonight to launch her book and spark a conversation about this.
