How resilient is Saskatchewan when it comes to Climate Change?

The province has released a report card on how prepared it thinks Saskatchewan is for climate change. The report tracks how well Saskatchewan is preparing for everything from more flooding to forest fires. We had analysis from Dave Sauchyn the director of the Prairie Adaptation Research Collaborative at the University of Regina and Peter Prebble co-author of the Saskatchewan Environmental Society's Blueprint for Climate Change Action.
