Three well known climbers are presumed dead in an avalanche in Banff National Park. American alpinist Jess Roskelley and two Austrian climbers David Lama and Hansjorg Auer were climbing the east face of Howse Peak. Parks Canada officials say recovery efforts aren't possible right now because of dangerous avalanche conditions. Brandon Pullan is the editor-in-chief of Gripped magazine and has been climbing for 20 years.
