A residents' rights advocate reacts to the latest court proceeding in the nursing home contract dispute.

We still don't know whether almost 4000 nursing home workers will be allowed to walk off the job. Workers voted in favour of a strike last month, but a court order prevented it from happening. On April 17th, New Brunswick's court of appeal heard arguments on whether that order should be overturned. For now, the order stands -- the judges reserved decision. Cecile Cassista is the executive director of the Coalition for Seniors and Nursing Home Residents' Rights. She spoke with Jonna Brewer.
