Rolling up the welcome mat at the Aulac tourist information centre

Information Morning - Moncton

The familiar A-frame visiter information centre in Aulac is set to close under cuts to the province's tourism budget. The PC government cut the budget by 8-million dollars in its drive to balance the budget. That includes reductions in marketing programs and the closure of visitor information centres at two entrances to the province in Woodstock and Aulac. Nancy Oulton was the supervisor at the visitor information centre in Aulac.
