Quebec children with parents in immigration limbo can't use RAMQ

There are children living in Quebec, many of them born here, who do not have access to government-funded health care because of their immigration status or that of their parents. That's according to a study by the Observatoire des tout-petits. We speak to Dr. Samir Shaheen-Hussain, he is a Pediatrics Emergency Physician and an advocate for children's health.
