Opting in or opting out -- A look at Quebec's organ donation system

Nova Scotia introduced legislation this week that, if passed, would mean that all Nova Scotians would automatically be considered organ donors. Those who would not want to donate their organs, for religious or personal reasons, would have to opt-out. In Quebec organ donors have to opt-in. We speak to Dr. Prosanto Chaudhury, medical director of organ transplantation at Transplant Quebec.
