Windsor approves 15% sewer surcharge increase

After two major floods in the last three years, Windsor is investing heavily in the city's sewers. To pay for the upgrades, council approved a 15 per cent increase to the sewer surcharge for residents. Commercial customers will pay even more. We spoke to Jo-Anne Gignac, the councillor representing ward 6, which has been heavily hit by flooding.
