English as a second language teacher Bouchera Chelbi wears a hijab. She spoke with Quebec AM to give her perspective on Bill 21, and said she disagrees with Rassemblement pour la Laicité's David Rand on religious symbols being publicity for a religion, the hijab being a sign of purity, and it being a sign of what Rand calls "political Islam."
