Electric Cars in Saskatchewan

Blue Sky

Last week's federal budget included an incentive of up to five thousand dollars for buying a vehicle that runs on electricity of hydrogen fuel cell as long as the purchase price is 45 thousand dollars or less. British Columbia and Quebec are providing similar encouragement, Saskatchewan is not. So where do you stand on electric vehicles? is there an e-v down the road for you? What would it take to convince you to go electric? is the federal incentive enough? We were joined by Jason Cruikshank, the lead organizer of the Saskatchewan Electric Vehicle Club and the proud owner of a 2017 Chevy Bolt. and George Iny (ee-nee) is the Executive Director of the Automobile Protection Association and the co-author of Lemonaid - the consumer guide to new and used cars and trucks.
