Migrant arrests surge at U.S.-Mexico border

U.S. President Donald Trump is doubling down on his vow to close the entire U.S.-Mexico border. U.S. border patrol says it is apprehending about 570 migrants a day in El Paso, Texas. This reflects a surge this spring, with the highest number of apprehensions in more than a decade. CBC's Kim Brunhuber reports.
