Windsor minivan plant shutting down - again

Windsor's largest employer is shutting down again for two weeks in April. According to Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Canada, the shutdowns are meant to "align production with demand." The Windsor factory has been shut down twice already in 2019, with two weeks of closure in January and one in February. So what do these additional closures mean for the viability of the plant? Our Windsor reporter Jonathan Pinto asked Jason Stein, publisher of the Automotive News for his thoughts.
