Family wants changes after teen girl stranded alone overnight at Calgary airport en route to Fort St. John

A B.C. family is seeking answers from airlines, after a 15 year old girl spent the night alone on the floor of the Calgary International Airport. The girl was flying from Kelowna, B.C. to visit family in Fort St John, B.C. But a flight delay, a change in routes, and a ticket issued with errors left her stranded a province away from home.
