After Saskatoon event around hate speech, Head of Council of Canadian Muslims reacts to New Zealand shooting

Last night, the head of the National Council of Canadian Muslims was in Saskatoon for a conversation around hate speech. Put on by the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission, it predicted a night of information and empowerment. Later that night, in Christchuch New Zealand, darkness was unleashed at two mosques. 49 people were shot and killed, and 20 are injured. Ihsaan Gardee is the executive director of the National Council of Canadian Muslims.
