Calgary City Council likely to keep public art program on ice until 2020

It's looking as though Calgary's public art program may remain on hold for another year. A city council committee was given an update on the program today. Changes are in the works but today the committee voted to keep it suspended until next spring. The CBC's municipal affairs reporter Scott Dippel covered today's meeting and he joined host Doug Dirks in studio.
