Calgary police have charged 43 people since January in their new initiative to stop drug trafficking. It's a response to the rise in methamphetamine use in the province. The spike in meth use is also forcing health officials to consider new methods to handle users in emergency departments. Dr. Eddy Lang is head of emergency medicine in Calgary.
