Councillor raises concerns about city's secret $1.4B funding strategy

It's a question on many Calgarian's minds today: What is happening with the new arena? Last night, city council approved a $1.5B funding strategy for four of the city's major capital projects -- including the arena. But very few details are available about where the money is coming from and when it will be spent. That stopped some councillors from voting for the strategy. Ward 8 councillor Evan Woolley is among the dissenters. He joined host Doug Dirks on the line to talk about his concerns -- and also address how the Beltline will use the $1M they've been granted to improve safety around the safe injection site at Calgary's Sheldon Chumir Hospital.
