With the Toronto Raptors having such a great season, no member of the team can be overlooked for their contribution to that success. Including my next guest. Jennifer Sygo is the Raptors' performance nutritionist and dietitian, and works with other high performance athletes. She works with the Raptors' players, team therapists and chefs to keep all players in top form. Jennifer is taking part in a panel discussion at the U of T on getting the most out of nutrition through exercise.
